Beauty

Everybody wants to look beautiful and we all can. First of all, plan out your skin and hair care routine two months in advance.

• Hair    • Face    • Eyes    • Skin    • Body
Hair

The hair should be well conditioned. Lustrous hair, short or long tresses and well-cut, are a woman's delight. First and foremost, always comb your hair gently to prevent breakage. Hair is at its weakest when wet. So never brush your hair when wet. As far as possible let your hair dry naturally. Oil your hair at least twice a week.

Tips:
• Wash and clean a bunch of Methi leaves in water. Without adding water, add black pepper, a few drops
of lemon and salt to taste and boil. Churn this in a mixer or juicer and drink this concoction. Drinking this
  regularly will increase hair growth.
• Half an hour before washing your hair, rub coconut milk onto your scalp. This will also make your hair
  shinier.
• Always trim your hair at least once in six weeks. This will help you maintain your hairstyle and also
  keep split ends away.
• Heat olive oil and massage into hair and then take steam. By doing this regularly you will get rid of
  split-ends.

Face

A perfect face means a healthy, glowing skin. So rather than camouflaging the dark circles and pimples with make-up, it is better to begin by improving the condition of your skin naturally.

Face Exercise:

For Forehead:

Join your fingers together with your thumbs folded in and place your fingers near your temples i.e., where your scalp meets your head. Push straight up and hold and then, raise your eyebrows, hold for six counts and release.

Benefits:

This face exercise removes the lines above the brow. It targets the muscles of the forehead and the muscles at the back of your head.

For Cheeks:

Put your head back. Take your three centre fingers, place them on the apples of the cheeks and push down. At the same time, raise your cheeks as hard as you can by smiling.

Benefits:

This exercise targets the muscles of the cheeks.

For Chin:

Take your three centre fingers, pull the chin down and at the same time curl the lower lip over the bottom teeth.

Benefits:

This face exercise tones the muscles of the chin.

Eyes

The eyes are the most sensuous and expressive part of the face. If you have deep set eyes, keep your eyebrows thinner to show them off more. If you have widely spaced eyes, make them look closer by drawing your eyebrows in nearer together, extending eyeliner beyond the inner corners of your eyes and blend in eyeshadow towards the nose. Anyone over 18 should avoid wearing foundation at the outer corner of the eye where it bunches up into lines: just dust with powder instead.

Eye Exercise:
• Sit down and relax. Breathe normally, and look at a spot between your eyes, above the bridge of your
nose. Keep looking at this spot for a count of five, and then relax the eyes. Next look at the tip of your
nose, also to the count of five and relax. This exercise will ease the stress and tension and will relax
  your eyes.
• Sit up straight and look down. Slowly inhale and start rolling your eyes to the right and then to the top,
in a circular movement. When your eyes have reached the top, looking towards your eyebrows, start
exhaling while moving your eyes left and downwards in a circular movement. Repeat three times.

Skin

In today's world with competition and perfection being the most essential thing, it is imperative to look good. Make-up will help you to some extent but what is most important is natural beauty and a glowing skin.

Tips:
• Mash the bananas along with milk and then apply on your face. Wash it off after 20 minutes. This makes
  the skin smooth and supple.
• Blend the egg white and honey well and then apply on the face. This makes your skin smooth and helps
  to reduce wrinkles.
• Cucumber juice is an excellent astringent. Applying cucumber juice on the face tightens the pores. Wash
  it off after 15 minutes.

Body

Arrange to have a body message once a week. It will tone up your skin, ease tired muscles. However, if a regular body massage is not possible, then the next option is to add 1/4 cup of olive oil to your bucket of daily bath.

Tips:
• Yoga or meditation keeps your mind and body under control, thus controlling the hormonal secretions in
  your body.
• Drink plenty of fluids. This will Keep the body cool inside and slow the metabolic rate, there by slowing
  down the rate of perspiration.
