1. How do I add my profile on Walsha Matrimonials?
  You can create your profile FREE in one easy step.
 
  • Account Information - Here you'll choose your User Id, Password and Personal Information. You'll also tell us where your e-mails should be sent

  • Profile Information - Here you'll tell other members who you are? (Optional)
  • Your Partner Requirements - Here you'll tell other members what you are looking for? (Optional)
  • Upload Photograph - Here you'll tell other members how you look. (Optional)

    2. How do I modify my profile?
      Please follow the steps below...
     
  • Login with your User ID & Password.
  • On the left of your screen, Click the Edit Personal Profile under "Profile Management" heading.
  • Edit your personal profile according to the instructions provided and click the 'Submit' button at the end of the form.
      Changes are updated immediately.

    3. How can I add my profile in premium display on home page?
     

    Being seen on the Walsha Matirmonials Home Page as a Featured Member significantly increases your profile views, and hence your chances of finding a partner. Walsha Matrimonials reserves the right to choose Featured Members, and we do so in a totally unbiased fashion.

    4. What is "Change Status/ Temporarily Unavailable"?
     

    If you have decided to stop looking temporarily since you are busy, moving, and cannot spare the time to look seriously, you can temporarily hide your profile. Please follow the steps below to hide your profile...

     
  • Login with your User ID & Password.
  • On the left of your screen, Click the Change Status under "Profile Management" heading.
  • In the next screen, set the option 'Hide Now' to 'Yes' to hide your profile temporarily.

     

    When temporarily disabled, your record will not come up during any searches and you will not receive any e-mails from other members.

    5. Why doesn't my profile show up, when I search?
     

    If your profile doesn't appear, go to Change Status and make sure "Hide now" option is selected to 'No'. If 'Yes' is selected then select 'No' option to make your profile visible. If you've already tried these suggestions and still have questions, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.

    6. How do I remove my profile?
      Please follow the steps below to remove your profile...
     
  • Login with your User ID & Password.
  • On the left of your screen, Click the Cancel Account under "My Account" heading.
  • State the reason for deletion and click on the "Delete Profile" button to remove your profile from our members list.
